Childrens Halloween Activities

Service Description

We have put together a range of activities to keep your little ones entertained this Halloween. Select your candle themed activity (activities can take from 10 to 30 minutes depending how much detail your child would like to add). Once finished your child can go to our cafe and enjoy refreshments and with the weather on side a play in our new play park. Choose from: Make a Rolled Candle (£8.50) - Make your very own candle without the heat of melting wax. Take a sheet of beeswax in a colour of your choice, roll the wick into the beeswax and continue rolling until until a candle is formed. Cut shapes from wax sheets, or use candle pens to decorate your candle in a Halloween Design. Make a Moulded Candle (£8.50) - Another method of making your very own candle without the heat is to use our moulding wax. The wax can me softened in a childs hand and formed around a wick. The wax comes in different colours so the shape of the candle is limited only by your childs own imagination. Candle Painting (£8.50) - Take a white pillar candle (6cm wide by 12cm tall) and using the wax from melted coloured tealights add decoration to the candle. Halloween themes designs can be added with molten wax, shapes cut out of wax sheets and attached and glitter or sequins can be attached with clear wax to make a your very own masterpiece. Tealight Holder Painting (£12.50) - Choose your tea light holder from our Halloween themed pumkins or haunted house and use our special porcelain paints to add your own design. Your child can then pour 2 un-fragranced tealights in a colour of their choice to take home. All of the above activities include refreshments for your child in our cafe. Choose a drink and a snack from: Drink: Small Milkshake, Fruit Shoot or Fruit Juice Carton Snack: Childs Homemade Cupcake or Cookie or a packet of crisps.
