A Notes club membership is valid for one year from the day of purchase and your membership can be used in store and online, in our Notes Cafe (opening early 2024) and for workshops. 

 

Members must register their details online at notesofnorthumberland.co.uk to be eligible for all member benefits online.

 

To set up an account you must have a valid email address. Only one email address can be registered to an account.

 

Your membership can only be used by the named and registered member. It cannot be transferred or copied.

 

An email address or telephone number must be provided in store to take advantage of member benefits.

 

Notes of Northumberland Trading Ltd reserve the right to terminate the scheme without prior notice and/or, on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel any membership card that they feel has been subject to abuse or attempted abuse.

 

To sign up to our club membership you need to have a valid email address. If you supply us with an email address you are consenting to receiving marketing material. We will not pass on your personal details to any third party except where we have your permission, where we are required to do so by law and to contracted companies who provide a service to us.

 

Members will receive invitations to exclusive member events via email provided this has been supplied.

 

Please note if a member has unsubscribed from emails we can not notify them of events.

 

At the end of your first contract period, your membership will automatically renew unless you notify us before the renewal date or 14 days after your first payment that you do not want your membership to continue.

 

By signing up you authorise us to take the membership fee both at the start of your membership and when your membership automatically renews. This will be done using the payment details from the payment card that you have provided when joining.

 

You can cancel your membership at any time and your benefits will remain valid for the duration of your annual membership.

 

The membership fee will be taken on or after that day you sign up..

 

The membership fee will also be taken automatically each time your membership is renewed.

 

If we are unable to process your membership fee, you will not be able to access your benefits until such time as we receive your payment; benefits may not be applied retrospectively. To resolve this, please speak to a team member.

 

We reserve the right to alter the membership fee for future renewals. We will notify you of any alteration at least 14 days in advance of the alteration, and you can cancel your renewal if you do not wish to continue.

 

In order to receive emails from us, members must provide us with a valid email address and be opted into receiving email communications from Notes of Northumberland.

 

Member offers are subject to availability and no cash alternative or substitution is available.

 

Exclusive member offers may not always be valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers and promotions.
